PROFICIENT M4 System

The Proficient M4 is a four-zone distributed audio system. This allows you to have four rooms of audio running simultaneously throughout the house. It also allows you to have up to six different audio sources playing in each room, so a CD can be playing in the bedroom while the radio plays in the family room.

Each room is controlled via an in-wall keypad which allows you to have basic control of the source and volume control for that room. The keypad also has the ability to send remote control commands to the source just by pointing the source remote at the keypad.

The Proficient M4 System comes complete with the following hardware:

1 only Proficient M4 multi zone control amplifier
4 only Proficient MKP1.1 in-wall keypads
4 pair Proficient C610 in-ceiling speakers
1 only Onkyo T4355 am/fm tuner
1 only Onkyo DVC390 5 disc CD player

Total cost installed into a home under construction - $9000 including GST

PROFICIENT M6 System

Upgrade to the Proficient M6 system and you’ll get the same great features as the M4, but for six rooms. The Proficient M6 also has an am/fm radio tuner so you can listen to different stations in different rooms.

The Proficient M6 System comes complete with the following hardware:

1 only Proficient M6 multi zone control amplifier
6 only Proficient MKP1.1 in-wall keypads
6 pair Proficient C610 in-ceiling speakers
1 only Onkyo DVSP407 DVD player
1 only Onkyo DXC390 5 disc CD player

Total cost installed into a home under construction - $13,000 including GST

Optional Extras

I-POD Interface - It is very simple to add an I-pod interface to the system.This will allow you to listen and control your I-pod via an LCD keypad.Proficient I-pod dock installed - $1760 including GST

DVD - (applies to the M4 system only)If you wish to have a DVD player incorporated into the Proficient system please allow for the following. This option allows for connect to one television in the house but allows the audio through out all zones1 only Onkyo DVSP407 DVD player installed - $650 including GST

Single Infrared Remote Control - This option allows you to have one remote control operate any or all zones of the house and also control the source you wish to play in the house.1 only Single Infrared remote system installed - $1093 including GST

Warranty

All hardware supplied and installed by Eastek Ltd carries a full 24 month manufactures warranty. All cables supplied and installed by Eastek Ltd are Cedia and UL listed cables.
